Past a certain age your health becomes one of the most important parts of your daily life.  Taking care of yourself can extend your life, improve your lifestyle, and give you extra energy on a daily basis.  At the Canby Adult Center we offer a variety of fitness, and wellness opportunities for adults of any fitness level.
