A Matter of Balance

Tuesday & Thursday for eight sessions, 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm. Learn practical strategies for managing falls and improving balance. Please see event calendar for start dates.

Hearing Test & Hearing Aid Cleaning

First Thursday each month, 10:00 am – 12 noon
Provides free hearing evaluations and cleaning hearing aids.

Walk with Ease

An exercise program that can help reduce pain and improve overall health. Runs as either a six week or nine week session. Check event calendar for start dates and time.

Free Blood Pressure Checks

The first and third Monday
of each month.
No appointment needed.
